Annual provider training
Delta Dental requires all participating providers to complete the following training modules each calendar year:
- Fraud, waste and abuse (FWA)
- Compliance
- Cultural competency
These trainings follow CMS guidelines and help ensure providers understand federal and state regulations, maintain ethical standards, and communicate effectively across diverse populations.
