The Provider Application and Credentialing Toolkit (PACT) offers a self-service credentialing experience for providers. Initiate and manage applications, and complete the credentialing process, complete with file uploads. Agreements can be viewed and signed digitally, with customized agreements for each individual depending on state licenses and network selection.
